aft my last paper i had sam feast breifing at mdm hana hoomroom...then when to orchah to blog swiming googles for my swimming later.Ate Break fast at food republic....then went to taka to get some lunch(omlette wraping the rice with pork chop) reach hm...play com...sleep bath then go swimming. My coach came and fetch mi in his van and another person joined mi.reach bukit batok swimming complex(bbcp) at around 6.30 lesurie swim for 20 laps then bathe...go back to van found some herbal tea...hmm..maybe gd 4 thoart useful 4 samfest then when to redhill market to have dinner char shao shao rou....coach sent mi back then update blog
